Each individual digital artwork is unique, designed and produced using high resolution photographs featuring your own beloved pets. ( Images to be supplied by the customer  )

Artworks can feature up to 4 images including the name of of your pet, with the choice of a single high resolution digital download for you to print at home ( Ideal for overseas customers ) Or alterntivey produced an A3 sized professionally produced Matt finish print supplied ready for you to frame.

                                                                          HOW TO ORDER A BESPOKE DIGITAL ARTWORK

​

 

The first step for ordering your bespoke digital artwork , please use the contact form at the very bottom of this page to contact K1 Photography to discuss your digital artwork.

 

K1 Photograpy will then contact you to discuss the design of your artwork and to see if you require the artwork to be completed by a specific date for a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary etc.

Once you are happy with the discussed design and are ready to proceed, a small non refundable deposit per artwork will be required with the balance due on completion ( prior to delivery / download )

The deposit will be deducted from the final total balance due on completion

​

Customers will then be required to provide K1 Photography with a selection of clear, high resolution photograghs that will form the subject of the bespoke digital artwork.

 

On the completion of your bespoke digital artwork ( Usually within 5/7 from receipt of photographs )  you will be sent a watermarked proof copy for your approval. Any required changes to the design can still be made at this stage.

Once you  have approved the finished digital artwork, alongside approving any changes that have been applied, the  balance payment will become payable .

 

On receipt of the balance payment, your high resolution bespoke digital artwork will then be avaiable for either download or your print will be produced and dispatched ( Please allow up to 5/7 working days for delivery of A3 prints from the date of completion of the artwork)

Once you have completed the initial steps to commence with your artwork , K1 Photography will provide you with a unique code.

Q & A

​

 

Q : Can I have more than one pet included on my artwork ?

A : Yes of course, you will simply be required to provide photographs of each pet, there is no extra charge for multi pets included on a single bespoke artwork, but it is reccommended a maximum of four individual images to avoid the artwork becoming too " overcrowded " Supplied images should show your pet clearly with no distracting elements that will be visible. Try to include at least one facial image ( face on or profile or both )  and full body image

 

 

Q : Can i choose the background colour of my bespoke digital artwork ?

A : Yes, the background colour and design of your bespoke artwork will be discussed with you and confirmed prior to commencement of your artwork.

Q :How long will my artwork take to complete ?

​

A : Once your artwork design has been discussed, confirmed  all high resolution photographs have been received by K1 photography and desposit completed, your bespoke digital artwork will be typically completed within 3/5 working days. Your digtial download will be available immediatley on the receipt of the balance of payment. For printed A3 Glicee prints, please allow and additional 5/7 working days for delivery from the date of completion and balance payment.

Q: How do I upload my images to be included in my bespoke digital artwork ?

A: Once you are happy to go ahead and have completed your small deposit. K1 photography will provide you with a unique code to access a private page where you will be able to securely upload your images .

Q : Will K1 Photography retain my images once my artwork is complete.

​

A : No , once your bespoke artwork has been completed, all images that you have supplied to create your artwork be will be deleted from the K1 Photography database . No bespoke artwork will be used for advertising or marketing purposes without prior written consent.
